Tirana Police have solved the incident that occurred on July 18th where explosives were placed in a bar on Durrës Street, arresting 46-year-old Hysni Lila. A2 CNN learns that Hysni Lila is the owner of the motorcycle used by the suspected perpetrator in placing the TNT on Durrës Street.
In front of investigators, he refused to reveal the name of the suspected perpetrator. According to him, he sold the motorcycle, while in another testimony he said that he gave it to another person for use.
A2 CNN reports that the main lead the police have is debts. The owner of the bar owed other people around 50 thousand euros, which according to the police, non-payment of debts is suspected as the reason for the placement of TNT.
The police continue to work to identify and arrest other people involved, in order to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
