A person is suspected of being injured in Cukal i Vau i Dejës, in rugged mountainous terrain, reports A2 CNN. Police forces have headed to the scene, and due to the distance and rugged mountainous terrain, it will take officers approximately 3 hours to reach the location where the injury is reported to have occurred. The reasons for the injury are still unclear.
