The Special Court of Appeal changes the type of sentence for Guxim Zenelaj, the former member of the Supreme Court, accused of "hiding assets".
In the First Instance, Zenelaj was sentenced to 6 months in prison, a sentence that was converted to Probation Service for a period of 1 year, writes A2 CNN.
The appeal upheld the conviction, but changed the alternative sentence from probation to community service.
According to the Appeal, the former senior judge must perform 100 hours of unpaid work in the public interest within the next 6 months. (A2 Televizion)
