A 36-year-old man serving a sentence in Lezha prison was found dead this morning.
Through a statement, the Police announced that the victim is citizen Allush Hysa, who was undergoing the medical measure "compulsory treatment", after being diagnosed with epilepsy, behavioral disorder and mental retardation.
Referring to the file, Hysa was arrested on January 23, 2014 for the criminal offense of "Serious Injury", writes A2 CNN.
Immediately after the lack of vital signs was noted, the SHKBSB, the District Prosecutor's Office, the Police Station and the family members were notified.

At the Lezha Penal Execution Institution, this morning, on 25.06.2025, at around 07:00, the convict Allush Hysa, born 12.09.1989, was found without a pulse.
The convict was in room no. 3, first floor, building no. 5 and was undergoing the medical measure "compulsory treatment", since 27.11.2021, in accordance with the court decision. He was diagnosed with epilepsy, behavioral disorder and mental retardation.
Referring to the file, Hysa was arrested on 23.01.2014 for the criminal offense of "Serious Injury".
