Found dead in the yard of the apartment, Police: The victim was hit on the head with hard objects

Tirana Police have announced that the person who was found dead in his apartment on 13.01.2025, from the forensic examination it turned out that the citizen Xh.M. has injuries to the back of the head, suspected to have been caused by blows with hard objects.

Following the information provided on 13.01.2025, which refers to the finding of citizen Xh.M. without signs of life, in the courtyard of his apartment, in Zall-Bastar, we inform you that:

From the entirety of the preliminary investigative actions and the forensic examination, it has resulted that citizen Xh.M. has injuries to the back of the head, suspected to have been caused by blows with hard objects.

Previously, regarding this event, the Tirana Police Department referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office for the criminal offense of "Intentional Murder" provided for by Article 76 of the Criminal Code.

Work continues under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, for complete legal documentation and to determine the concrete circumstances of the event and the causes of the loss of life of citizen Xh.M. (A2 Televizion)
