Nearly 24 hours after the murder of Bujar Nasufi, Tirana Police have found the motorcycle allegedly used by the perpetrator. In order to cover his tracks, the killer burned it in the Sharra Hills in the capital.
The motorcycle was found during a search of the area by police services, who are working to identify and apprehend the perpetrator and possible accomplices. The authorities' investigations have focused on property conflicts that the 56-year-old had with other members of his family.
Bujar Nasufi was shot dead at around 8:40 p.m. near the Palace of Arrows in Tirana. Security camera footage, seized by police, shows the killer wearing a hood and disguised as a pizza delivery man. The perpetrator was waiting for the 56-year-old near his apartment and shot him as soon as his wife got out of the car.
After the crime, the perpetrator fled on a motorbike towards Selita. Police checks revealed that 56-year-old Bujar Nasufi did not have a criminal record. (A2 Televizion)
