A hearing is being held today at the Kukës Court to determine the security measure against 41-year-old Ylber Jaku, accused of the murder of 34-year-old Reshi Sallahu.
The serious incident occurred on May 7, a day after the victim's sister, 21-year-old Artjola Sallahu, raped Ylber Jaku's parents, writes A2 CNN.
Ylber Jaku, who was living in England as an immigrant, returned to Albania to commit the crime, according to preliminary investigations. The murder took place in the village of Plan i Has on May 6 of this year.
Meanwhile, on May 8, the Kukës Court imposed the security measure "house arrest" on Artjola Sallahu, for violence against the parents of the perpetrator of the murder of Reshi Sallahu. (A2 Televizion)
