Five cases of violence have been registered in Fier within 24 hours. According to the police, we are mainly dealing with domestic violence, inflicted on mothers, wives or cousins.
"The services of the Fier Police Commissariat arrested citizen JB, 35 years old, resident of Fier, in flagrante delicto, after he is suspected of having exercised violence against his mother;
-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen MT, 76 years old, resident of Fier, for allegedly exercising violence against his brother.
The Lushnja Police Commissariat: arrested citizen KM, 66 years old, resident of Lushnja, after he was suspected of threatening his ex-wife, who was issued with a protection order. This citizen was caught red-handed, driving a vehicle while intoxicated;
-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen Sh. H., 43 years old, resident of the village of Plug, as it is suspected that for weak motives, he raped and threatened a 62-year-old man.
The Mallakastër Police Commissariat services arrested citizen F. Xh., 53 years old, resident of the village of Visokë, in flagrante delicto, after it is suspected that he has exercised violence against his cousin. (A2 Televizion)
