It seems that Dubai is no longer the safe haven for Albanian crime bosses. Three supporters of the much-wanted Talo Çela have been arrested in the United Arab Emirates, writes A2.
Ervis Daka, Maksim Koçi and Ado Xhika have been arrested. They are accused in the Revanshi case of serious criminal offenses, including murder, attempted murder, providing conditions and means to commit murder, and helping Talo Çela hide from the police.
The Special Court has ordered 38-year-old Daka to be arrested in absentia, as he is accused of informing the perpetrators who attempted to kill Kei Piku about his movements, as well as providing the conditions and means for the murder of Arjan Spahiu.
The Special Court has also sentenced 39-year-old Maksim Koçi to prison in absentia. He is accused of participating in the murder of two people, one of whom is Klevis Kapllani. Koçi is also accused of providing the conditions and means for the murder of two other people.
Meanwhile, 40-year-old Ado Xhika is accused of supporting the perpetrator of the crime, after helping the internationally wanted Talo Çela to evade justice and police operations organized for his arrest for about two years.
For the three arrested, Albanian authorities are cooperating with those of the United Arab Emirates to extradite them to our country and face the charges brought against them.
In the last month, several names from the criminal world, such as Florenc Çapja, Plaurent Dervishi and Julian Meçe, have been extradited from Dubai to Albania. (A2 Televizion)
