They are three feminist authors who have addressed quite a few issues of gender discrimination in their books. Philosopher and writer Simone de Beauvoir, Rosa Liksom and Tatjana Tibuleac are now also speaking to Albanian readers. The books of these writers have changed the perceptions and thoughts of the societies where they have resonated.
Maybe they will have this mission in Albanian as well. In the National Book and Reading Center, the books are not just presented, but parts of them are interpreted by the actors of the Metropolis Theater.
Although they belong to three different generations of writers, the three authors presented today continue to speak to society with the same mission.
Also present at this meeting were the translators who have brought these works into the Albanian language, translators who have been awarded prizes for their work and who join the mission of Creative Europe, to bring works into Albanian that make us reflect. (A2 Televizion)
