From Bohemianism to Eternity/ Exhibition that brings the works of Modigliani and

Henri Matisse, Edgar Degas or Modingnian are the names you find listed in the newest exhibition at the Prime Minister's Office. A collection of French masters is on display for Albanian art lovers in the capital.

Between paintings and sculpture, this is a European journey into visual art. Sculptures also occupy a special place in the collection, starting with the beautiful bronze Little Fourteen-Year-Old Dancer, dressed in a fabric tutu, by Edgar Degas, or by Henri Matisse—Aurora in bronze-painted plaster.

" Modigliani is not by chance one of the most important voices in visual art today. What makes him special is undoubtedly the story of the eyes that he told in his works. Almost everyone knows the story that he painted characters with their eyes closed, because only if he knew their soul could he understand how to realize their eyes. In one case, one eye is green and one brown, one to see within oneself and one to see the world. You will find this work, but also the famous sculpture of Degas and many other masters, in this exhibition ," said the curator of the exhibition, Danijela Ucovic.

The artworks in the exhibition reflect the collective consciousness of the era, lifestyle and historical moment, mainly in France, but also in Europe, Latin America and the United States of America. (A2 Televizion)
