With the wonderful voice of singer Safete Toska in the background, the monograph Safete Toska – The Tirona Noblewoman of Song, by Prof. Behar Arllati, was promoted at the National Opera and Ballet Theater.
Folk music and that of the Albanian civic tradition have always brought Albanians together, although divided across borders. Especially the civic song of Tirana. With her voice, Safete Toska has written important chapters in the history of Albanian music, just as she has done at the Opera and Ballet Theater, this time for a new monograph.
With the presence of Mrs. Safete herself and a distinguished panel of guests, the artist who has been part of the ensemble of this institution was applauded, praised, and honored.
The new monograph written by Behar Arllati represents an important trace in the history and reflection of the values of the interpretation of our folk song, especially for this noble Tirona song. (A2 Televizion)
