"52% of the closed lists of the SP will be yours" - Rama meeting with girls and women: You have 71 representatives in our team

Prime Minister Edi Rama has stated that the Socialist Party's list of candidates has represented Albanian women and girls in the most dignified way.

Rama made the comments during a meeting with women and girls in the capital, where he said that 52% of the candidates on the closed SP lists are girls and women, writes A2 CNN.

He also said that many women and girls from the Democratic Party have joined the SP in this electoral campaign.

"Today you have 71 representatives in our May 11 team. And you have 1/3 of the political leaders of the Socialist Party. But the most beautiful figure is the full 52% on the closed list, which is yours, not the men and boys'."

I have always believed that the absurd gap of fandom, the absurdity between the political struggle here in Albania, inherited from the past, can only be narrowed by women and girls.

"Zamira's courage, on the Vlora list, to join us, coming from the other camp, I am convinced that it is not a coincidence and an isolated case of an electoral moment, while women and girls from the other camp have approached or joined our structures," Rama said, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
