About two weeks after calling it a "bluff" by Edi Rama, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has returned to talk about the agreement signed by Albania and Italy, which provides for the establishment of two camps for the reception of immigrants in Shengjin and Gjadër.
Asked by journalists if the agreement between Tirana and Rome will be sent by the opposition to the Constitutional Court, Berisha revealed that despite discussions in the DP Group, there is still no decision on the matter.
" At the last meeting of the parliamentary group, we had a relatively long discussion, but without a conclusion on this issue. And the discussion on this very issue, whether or not to send it to the Constitutional Court, was postponed to continue in a separate meeting.
The group itself will meet and decide as it deems most appropriate. I will not speak publicly before the group's decision, I will follow the discussions and support the group's decision without any equivocation. "
