Sali Berisha considers the proceeding against him in the Special Court as illegal. During a conference with the media, the head of Reestablishment had a long discussion with the prosecutor Arben Kraja and the judge Irena Gjoka, demanding their resignation, due to the conflict of interest.

"Arben Kraja has left the justice system because of the lustration law by Sali Berisha. And now it cannot be because even in the new law. The judge who hides behind the husband's name, I am Gjoka, I am not Maneku. The Ministry of Justice has admitted that in 1996 a disciplinary measure of dismissal was taken against her. The Ministry of Justice called her, she said it's not me, that I'm Gjoka, I'm not Maneku. Here, this is the process", said the former prime minister.

Berisha once again showed his willingness to face justice, if the Constitution is respected and the authorization of the Parliament is required, for which he said that he would personally vote in favor. As for the relaxation of the security measure against Jamarbër Malltez, it seems that this does not change the will of the former prime minister to go to the International Court for Human Rights.

"My son-in-law was a political prisoner and is a political prisoner. Malltezi was not released from prison, he was left under house arrest. This amounts to nothing. She would go to Strasbourg immediately. "Millonai boldly expressed in the courtroom that corruption is consumed even with the implementation of the law," added Berisha.

He called the opposition action in the last session successful, referring to the attention it attracted in the international media. While the absence of Lulzim Basha in the session, he commented through the verses of the national anthem.

"Only he who is born a traitor leaves the war".  (A2 Televizion)
