In the televised debate on "Of the Record" with Andrea Dangllin, the 5th anniversary of the creation of SPAK was also discussed and the Special Structure has met the expectations of the public.
For lecturer Zylyftar Bregu, the work of SPAK so far is commendable as it has investigated at all levels, but the decision that the court will give on many issues must be waited for.
"SPAK has improved the level of reliability. He investigated all levels of power, ex-president, ex-prime minister, ex-deputy prime minister. Now we will see how many punishments they will receive from the court. For me, it has fulfilled the expectations as a special structure", said Bregu.
Even for the head of the police, Shemsi Prençi, SPAK is the only institution that is scaring politics left and right.
"I was lucky when the first 8 prosecutors took the oath and at that time very few thought that such a structure would make a name for itself. SPAK is at work and politics is in trouble. Albania has a structure before which the legs of anyone who has eaten the sweat of the people tremble.
