At the request of two members, the Complaints and Sanctions Commission decided to open the ballot boxes in two CEAZs of the Elbasan district.
According to the decision, the ballot boxes in Gramsh and Peqin municipalities were the ones where the Democrats suspected fictitious addition of ballots. The KAS Act does not provide for a count, but rather for an examination of the election materials, to see if the number of ballots in the box corresponds to those recorded in the minutes.
Monday of next week was set as the deadline for completing this process, and then the full recount of ballot boxes for the Tirana and Fier regions will follow. (A2 Televizion)
