The Complaints and Sanctions Commission accepted two of the five requests of the Democratic Party during the review of the complaint of the election result for the Kukës region.
According to the decision, the KAS legitimized the requests to obtain as evidence the postal operator's documents on the distribution and return of ballots from abroad, as well as the audit reports on the voter registration process from abroad.
The other three requests, the one for the Electronic Identification Device data cross-check report, the VC closure minutes, and the list of special voters, were considered unfounded by the KAS and rejected.
The appeal for the Kukës region was postponed to Friday at 10:00, while the KAS has also received requests for electoral invalidity for the regions of Berat, Korçë, Gjirokastër, Shkodër and Vlorë, while appeals for other areas are also pending. (A2 Televizion)
