There are three messages that Prime Minister Edi Rama gave to the Socialists during his victory celebration speech, which must be implemented during his fourth term.
The head of government asked the new deputies in the Assembly to return to their "studies" at the Socialist Party's Political Academy, while he called on the veterans who led the Socialists in the districts during the May 11 campaign to prepare for the local elections.
"Before I close this joint statement, I want to touch on the urgent need for a special starting point so that the road to the finish line is at the right speed. For this, we need a volume of work until September and I am touching very briefly on some points to enrich them. The Political Academy should open a special session for all deputies entering the Assembly for the first time. Political leaders should start working on the upcoming local elections. This mandate that we have just received is not a pedestal to look down on others. And I am not exaggerating, 4 years are projected later, so that we have not rewarded with facts and results this trust that we received from the Albanians. There would be no more difficult position for us ," said Rama.
The Prime Minister further requested that " several large one- or two-day working meetings be organized with key interest groups and to talk about the challenges of the fourth mandate ."
" The list is open for proposals. The point is that it is a golden time and it is a vital need. Let's make it exhaustive and I am convinced that we will learn a lot ," he stressed. (A2 Televizion)
