Democrat Aveni Peka commented on "Off the Record" with Andrea Dangli on the language used by Prime Minister Edi Rama towards SPAK after the arrest of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj.

According to Peka, 10 days ago Rama boasted that he had created SPAK and then he changed his rhetoric.

"10 days ago he boasted that SPAK had been done by him and the SP and now he is vomiting bile about how arrests are made, how phones are tapped. There were no charges against Berisha either, he was under investigation. Even the former president when he was dragged away. He did not raise problems then and why he knew about them.
