This Monday in the Special Court is the next session for the questioning of Sali Berisha, under investigation for the privatization of the Partizani club.
This is the second deadline set by the court for measures against the former prime minister, who has so far refused to go to court to be questioned by judicial police officers, considering it an unconstitutional process, which he did not receive permission from Assembly at a time when he has immunity as a deputy.
After this moment, it is expected that there will be a stance from the court, for toughening or not the measure against him.
On the other hand, on the same day, the Special Appeal is expected to consider the appeals made by both Berisha and his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, who was left in "prison custody" for this matter.
Berisha's lawyers have requested the declaration of the loss of the power of the first measure "obligation to appear", precisely because according to them, it was not implemented within 48 hours referring to the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Meanwhile, Jamarbër Malltezi demands the lifting of the "prison arrest" measure. (A2 Televizion)
