
Monday is expected to be a busy day with developments for SPAK and the Special Court. The former Minister of Health Ilir Beqaj, who was left under mandatory appearance, will have the first session tomorrow, where it is expected to verify the security measure mandatory appearance, related to the investigations started for the sterilization concession.
The session will be led by the judge of preliminary investigations, Erjon Bani. Until now, from the investigation of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Ilir Beqaj is the highest official under accusation for the violations found with the public-private partnership contract of sterilization worth 100 million euros, while a few months ago in handcuffs for this matter are put the businessman, Ilir Rrapaj and his deputy in the Ministry of Health, Klodian Rrjepaj.
