The head of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, has reacted again regarding the declaration of the Special Prosecutor's Office that it has not found any evidence for the involvement of Olsi Rama in the "Xibraka" file.
In this reaction, Bardhi accuses the prosecutor in the case of fraud, claiming that the investigation into "Xibraka" has not yet been completed, as there is no court decision for Olsi Rama.
Bardhi claims that the prosecutor has not really investigated the prime minister's brother, but asks him to be transparent about what actions he has performed.

The same prosecutor who not only deceived the public, not only hid 4 people involved in the event that remain undiscovered to this day, but according to the Court of Appeal, made black and white in the Elbasan event, tried in vain to black and white in the Xibraka case! According to the prosecutor, he has completed the investigation for Ols Rama and there is no further investigative action to be taken, so he has "suspended the investigation" for as long as he has come up with a "conclusion".
The truth is that he neither investigated anything nor concluded anything.
The question is: Has the court taken the decision to dismiss the case for Ols Rama, and how long has it come to the conclusion about it?! If the court has not expressed, what investigation has been completed and how can it come to a conclusion?!
Certification of whether or not all possible investigative actions have been carried out, whether or not there is evidence, whether or not the investigation is concluded or discontinued is obtained only by the court, not the prosecution!
Why doesn't prosecutor Shehu send the case to the courts for certification, what is he hiding?
How can he make announcements with political content, without transparency, what he investigated, what actions he performed, what he discovered, what prevents the identification of other authors?
