Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that the possibility of France's involvement in the construction of the Durrës-Pristina railway is being considered. At the joint press conference with the French president, Rama emphasized that cooperation will also be strengthened in water and waste management, writes A2 CNN.
"We want to strengthen the relationship also in terms of water management, where France is a champion of innovation, experience and has companies that operate all over the world. We have also talked about waste and are working to have a general plan and strategy that is based on the work steps for the negotiation process. And here we have a lot to do. If we manage to have cooperation with the French excellence until the end, we will have gained a lot. We have also talked about France's involvement in the construction of the Durrës-Pristina railway and finally I am glad that when the president came here last time, we were in the former house of dictator Enver Hoxha where work was starting to transform it into a cultural center."
According to the head of the Albanian government, France supports our country in the accession process.
"Today we feel France very close even in the accession process. We will do our best to make Albania in the eyes of the president," said Rama. (A2 Televizion)
