Meanwhile, the Democratic Party has sent an official letter to SPAK regarding the investigation of these legal violations, requesting further clarifications from the Prosecutor's Office.
In the letter sent by the head of the Justice Department in the Democratic Party, Franc Nuri, the latter states that two months have already passed since the establishment of the task force dedicated to investigating electoral crime and there are still no concrete results.
Also, this letter requests information regarding the number of investigations that SPAK has launched into electoral crimes from January 2025 to date, writes A2 CNN.
The DP also requested information regarding the number of investigations that have been initiated by the prosecution and how many others have been initiated as a result of denunciations or reports.
