The political leader of the Democratic Party in the Tirana region, Belind Këlliçi, was invited on Sunday evening to the show "Off the Record" with Andrea Danglli on A2 CNN.
Among other things, he spoke about his recent flight to the United States of America, emphasizing that he returned convinced that the DP will receive at least 80 percent of the votes of Albanians living on that continent.
"I have been back from the USA for four days. In meetings with the diaspora, in meetings with the Albanian factor and community that has been living and working in the USA for 30 years. Where for the sake of truth, the support of those Albanians who are registered in the USA and those who are registered in Canada will be at least 80 percent for the Democratic Party and the opposition in Albania, I say this with absolute conviction," said Këlliçi.
What does the DP expect from the US?
"All Albanians expect the DP to return to normal agreements. Gone are the days when DP MPs were threatened with being kicked out if they decided for themselves who they wanted at the head of the party. Today, Americans are led by Trump, not a Soros puppet. We have told the truth, and today Mr. Trump is also telling it about Soros." (A2 Televizion)
