Albanian citizens can travel to the USA even if their passport expires in the last 6 months before the trip.
This decision was agreed today, during the meeting of the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs in Tirana with senior representatives of the State Department.
Similarly, Albanian citizens returning from the USA to Albania can travel even if their passport has expired.
This decision, which facilitates the movement of Albanian citizens from Albania to the USA and vice versa, puts our country in the so-called "Group of the 6-month Club". (A2 Televizion)
