The deputy of the Socialist Party, Pandeli Majko, has sent a letter to the State Information Service, after the accusations made by the leader of the Democrats, Sali Berisha, that he is being monitored by this institution.
While asking for information on this matter, Majko writes that the answer from SHISH must be returned within 15 days, otherwise he will inform the Prime Minister.
On Monday, Sali Berisha accused Pandeli Majko of electoral crimes, shortly after Edi Rama removed him from the political leadership of Kukës district.
The accusation seems to have "scratched" the political face of the socialist MP, who the day before knocked on Elisa Spiropali's office asking for help from the Speaker, with the aim of "cleansing" his image before going before the citizens of Tirana to request the vote on May 11.
To show that he is clean, Pandeli Majko is ready to strip himself of his immunity, despite the fact that with the laws in force SPAK can investigate him even without this decision of his. (A2 Televizion)
