After signing an agreement for the revitalization of the Elbasan Castle with the Albanian-American Development Fund, Prime Minister Edi Rama from the castle mocked Sali Berisha after the recent accusations he made regarding the projects the government has implemented with the AADF fund.
"We are waiting as soon as possible for the stalker of the Fund to appear in the castle and to sing the song of the canary-looking owl so that we can receive this blessing that we need.
Here in Elbasan there is an unshakable belief in garlic as an important component of warding off the evil eye, but if the canary owl would grace us with her visit here, we would be very grateful because she would give us the opportunity to strengthen this mafia, corrupt, criminal relationship with the Albanian Development Fund and to put all the money of the joint crime at the disposal of the city of Elbasan, convinced that no there would be an evil eye that would approach us because we would have a 2.0 garlic available," said Rama, writes A2 CNN.
The Prime Minister added that this project will also put Elbasan on the tourism map in Albania, along with other projects such as the motor park.
According to him, Durrës, Dibra and Elbasan are 3 poles around the metropolis of Tirana. "The Elbasan Castle has extraordinary potential", said Rama, reports A2 CNN. "We will have a large increase in the number of visitors to the neighborhood and this will cause the value of homes in the neighborhood to increase. In Elbasan we will have a new pole of the Tirana metropolis".
"Today is a big day for, since for 30 years, the castle of Elbasan has been talked about that it will be built. Today is the day we start the concrete work", said the Mayor, Gladis Llatja. (A2 Televizion)
