The Albanian Parliament convened again today to approve changes to the Electoral Code, changes that were not voted on in Thursday's session, following tensions caused by clashes between the opposition and the majority.
The Assembly met today without reaching the necessary quorum for the plenary session, but then opposition MPs joined in, writes A2 CNN.
The changes expected to be voted on are for several draft laws in the Electoral Code that further facilitate the Diaspora's voting process in the May 11 elections. (A2 Televizion)
