A heated debate took place on "Off the Record" with Andrea Dangli, discussing the issue of the Democratic Party primaries that were held on Saturday.
While DP officials Besar Xhaferri and Akil Kaja praised this process as democratic and empowering citizens to choose their favorite, analyst Anri Bala did not share this opinion.
Bala mentioned the names of two candidates in the DP primaries who, according to him, are symbols of corruption, and one of them was even assassinated while in a car with a criminal.
The analyst added, among other things, that the Democrats are not satisfied with the situation where the DP candidates must submit to the primaries, while the allies will occupy a secure place on the May 11 list.
"It was very late when it was done. The candidates were not given time to present their platforms. This climate creates an internal debate. The disadvantage of the primaries is that the DP deputies are in the primaries, while allies like Meta will not be in the primaries."
The Democrats do not have any idealism for Mr. Meta. They have blamed the worsening situation in the DP on Meta, as he is corrupt. The Democrats are not very happy with Ilir Meta. With Gjin Gjon and Arjan Ndoji you cannot move forward.
"Gjoni is considered the standard of corruption in justice. I'm not saying they are better than you," Bala said. (A2 Televizion)
