A few hours after asking the CEC to immediately intervene to resolve the problems created by the diaspora vote, mainly in Greece, the Democratic Party, through Jozefina Topalli and Ivi Kaso, has called on SPAK to launch investigations and verify possible legal violations in this process.

The political leader for the Diaspora in the DP and the political leader of the Korça district say that the sudden change in the individual withdrawal of envelopes at DHL has raised serious concerns about the transparency, standard and legality of the voting process.
" I understand the alarm that the other side has regarding the situation there, but breaking the law, bringing in people from the Socialist Party as if they were DHL offices, is unacceptable. For these cases, we ask not only the CEC, but also SPAK, especially in Greece, to verify such scandalous cases that have almost thrown the voting and envelope delivery process in this country out of control. It is no coincidence that if until the day before yesterday the number of envelopes from Greece was around 17 thousand, within 24 hours, precisely in the period that we were receiving information about manipulation in a certain proportion of the vote, this number jumped by 6 thousand, which has not happened in any other country, even though there is a much larger number of voters ," Topalli added.
Meanwhile, Ivi Kaso asked the Special Prosecution Office to cooperate with partner agencies and launch an investigation into the scandal with votes transported by DHL.
Meanwhile, the political leader of the Democratic Party in the Korça region, Ivi Kaso, said that SPAK should investigate the cases for which reports have been made.
"We call on the CEC to ensure that this process goes smoothly until the end. So that this process and its degradation, especially in Greece, is not a stain, we call on SPAK to take all measures. The vote bandits should not think that they are making a name for themselves by taking the envelopes of immigrants from DH:, we know who did it and we will forward the names to SPAK", said Kaso.
