Prime Minister Edi Rama has started today's communication in the "Eye to Eye" column by publishing some images from the Murriz Tunnel, which will open tomorrow on Summer Day. The head of government himself gave the news a day after submitting the lists of candidates for SP deputies in the May 11 elections. Responding to comments from followers, Rama said that this is the long-awaited tunnel and invites followers to discover a wonderful piece of Albania.
"This is the long-awaited Murriz tunnel that was finally delivered. The mountain was delivered and the tunnel will be delivered tomorrow for all the people of Dibra who have been waiting for it for years. I think the evil eye broke because all our negative energy was collected in that tunnel and the geology of that tunnel was a horror. Tomorrow the Murriz tunnel will open, it coincides with the summer solstice. From Elbasan to Dibra and throughout Albania. If you haven't been there, you will discover a wonderful piece of Albania. The Prime Minister promised that as long as he is in government, the Arbri road will be free of charge.
"This tunnel was built with PPP, the entire Arbri road. It has been much cheaper for the state and taxpayers than roads that were built, especially in the past, with tenders that turned into a history of abuse by adding and adding funds for unforeseen works. The contract was made so that the private entrepreneur covers everything unforeseen. The entrepreneur took the additional costs based on the contract.
