The ballots for all Albanian voters in the diaspora who will vote by mail for the first time are ready. After the material base has arrived, the CEC will send the envelopes with the ballots to emigrants today between April 20-25. A2 CNN journalist Ervin Koçi reported from the Olympic Park, where the process of processing the election materials is taking place, according to the districts.
"Near the Olympic Park, the process of processing electoral materials for voters from abroad has begun. The CEC administration has been divided into work groups. At this moment, they are packing envelopes for voters from abroad. Initially, the ballots are being verified and then they will be stamped by the CEC, giving them legal force, and the final process is packaging them in a special envelope accompanied by the envelope of electoral materials and then handing them over to the postal company that will send them to the addresses of citizens who have registered from abroad," reported the A2 CNN journalist.
According to him, "the CEC administration is divided by districts and in this way the distribution of ballots is done based on the electoral zone where voters from abroad are registered."
By April 17, the process of sending ballots to all destinations where voters from abroad have registered is expected to be completed.
