Prime Minister Edi Rama has made strong accusations against the opposition today, saying that it is led by a swamp owl (while criticizing the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha).
Rama made the comments through a video posted on his Facebook page, where he responded to citizens' comments.
Rama said that the opposition has turned into a swamp of frogs that only throw mud at Albania outside of Albania, according to him, lowering the image of our country, writes A2 CNN.
He added that even the new opposition parties have nothing new to offer, as according to him, they also copy Sali Berisha and are his tools.
"What does the opposition deserve, dear Flora? The opposition that deals with my house book. I can't believe that you, dear Flora, think my house book is a good program for the economy, employment, agriculture, education, health, and so on. This swamp in the eyes of foreigners is a shame.
I have hardly dealt with the opposition, I have let them deal with my own house book. After they have only thrown mud inside and outside Albania for Albania from their swamp and have done their best to hinder this country, now they also want votes. That is why I will deal with them a little, or not. But with the Albanian of my teachers, Noli, Konica, Fishta and never, never with mud and slander.
"Never with the house book and their families, never at the level of that swamp. I'm sorry that an old owl has turned the opposition into a chorus of toads and frogs, quacking quack quack day and night. They scolded the Albanians day and night. Damn it, that swamp has also created several new opposition pools, which have nothing new except the age of their owners, where everyone imitates the old owl. The vote for them is completely wasted and does not bring any change," Rama said, writes A2 CNN. (A2 Televizion)
