After yesterday's meeting in Vlora and today's in Tirana, Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced follow-up meetings in other regions of the country. During a live communication with followers on social networks, the head of government announced that there will be two intensive weeks where MPs will gather on the ground all the concerns and problems of citizens.
"I saw fit to address you after we held two meetings and will hold another one in Durrës and then in Fier, Elbasan and Shkodra. We started in Vlora yesterday and today in Tirana we held a meeting that was not completed yesterday due to the month ahead and the necessity for the deputies to return to the territory to gather all the concerns of the citizens," said Rama, according to A2 CNN .
According to the head of government, the meetings will focus on public spaces that hinder citizens' breathing in residential blocks. Alongside these, issues carried over from the campaign will also be addressed.
"But in these cities with a focus on public space, which has become a space where there is a lot of abuse, there is a lot of unreasonable expansion of various activities and there are all kinds of beams and obstacles created by time that prevent the peaceful and free breathing of communities in residential blocks. The deputies, together with the leaders and heads of various sectors, will also look at other issues that they have in mind from the campaign. But it will be two intense weeks and then we will return to decide in favor of the community that it has become unacceptable and unbearable for many people and neighborhoods in large cities; the exercise of force, the exercise of abusive will and the closure of relevant structures as is evident."
