The political leader of the Democratic Party for the Tirana region, Belind Këlliçi, has accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of using offensive and sexist language towards women and girls during his campaign. According to him, the socialist leader is campaigning with empty rhetoric, but the merit of the Democratic Party, according to him, is that it forced Rama to come up with concrete promises and implement a quarter of his program.
"A great merit has the DP that it forced Rama to come up with concrete promises and make a quarter of the program. He called women lovers and those who vote for the first time to use their seductive power, Rama sexist language that has been used for the women, daughters and mothers of this country. According to democrat Këlliçi, Rama has not kept any of the promises he made 12 years ago when he took power, while the opposition, according to him, is focused on the needs of Albanian citizens. He also comments on the video about the DP campaign advisor made by the SP.
"After 12 years of failures and not fulfilling the promises of 2013, free healthcare, fake legalizations, 24 water, 330 thousand jobs, nothing has been kept. A prime minister who has this balance sheet no longer competes with a program, in these 12 years we have not only seen no program but only tallava, tepsi and kusi. It is a great surprise how a deputy and gentleman like Vullnet Sina, who is misused, can let himself be misused with a video excuse by imitating the DP campaign strategist. Këlliçi emphasizes that "Rama is forced to enter a normal campaign, he started it 6 months ago saying that he did not take the opposition into account, now he says that if the opposition wins, the country will be in decline.
