In a hall that bore his name and with a new look, Sali Berisha appeared before the people of Dibra to ask for support for the May 11 parliamentary elections.
The first ones he sought to do for himself were the men of Dibra, who, according to the leading democrat, two days ago found themselves in a wave of attacks by Edi Rama. " The men of Dibra are like the mountains of Dibra, woe to the one who attacks them ," said Berisha.
Besides the defense, Berisha seems to have sought to entice them with a concrete promise.
"The oil, which Kosovo receives from Durrës and sells 40 percent cheaper, will come down to the price that Kosovo and Macedonia sell," the DP leader added.
The leading democrat said he would find the money to cut taxes and increase salaries by stopping corruption, saying that his strongest point is his age, for which he is most criticized by his opponents.
"At this age, in these years, in my wonderful autumn, I don't need power. I have no ambitions ahead, not even for luxury, but I have an ambition, but I have a goal, but I have a mission, to do everything to change your life."
The Democrats' objective for the Dire district is four parliamentary mandates out of the three they won four years ago. (A2 Televizion)
