The Democratic Party is officially against postponing the voting deadline in the Vlora district, where the Giro d'Italia cycling race took place on Sunday, which apparently also affected voter turnout.
The SP addressed the CEC the day before with a request to extend the deadline, while the DP representative addressed the commission on Sunday afternoon, asking not to violate the law.
According to DP representative Franc Nuri, this government propaganda activity hindered free movement in Tirana, making political activity impossible for the opposition. (A2 Televizion)
