Voter turnout as of 4:00 PM according to the Central Election Commission is 35.89%.
With data reported from 2,554 VCs, out of 5,225 in total, it results that 617,646 Albanians have voted so far.
The turnout figures are lower than the same hour in the 2021 parliamentary elections, when turnout was 41.25% nationally.
The region with the highest voter turnout in these elections as of 4:00 PM remains Dibra, with 43.42%. The second is Tirana with 41.20%, and the third place for turnout is Kukës with 40.13%.
The region with the lowest turnout so far is Vlora, with 25.07% of voters exercising their right. (A2 Televizion)
