The leader of the Movement for National Development, MP Dashamir Shehi, has stated that the working years for each person should be calculated above the age of 16, an age also set in the labor code of the previous system.
Shehi made the comments at the Committee on Economy and Finance in the Assembly, during the discussion of the Draft Law "On the recognition of periods of employment in state institutions, former state enterprises, former agricultural enterprises and former agricultural cooperatives for pension purposes in the social security system."
Shehi said that since the Assembly was making an 'amnesty' for pension purposes in the social security system, then the reference should be taken as the age of 16, when the worker also began receiving social security payments.
According to Shehi, all those who worked under the age of 16 were forced to do so by the slavery of communism, and he added that if these years are to be counted, there may also be abuses.

At that time, social security obligations began. They didn't exist then, they don't appear in the law. If you want to invent another law for work, that's another matter.
