One of the reasons for the May 11 result, Tedi Blushi sees in the way the president of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, was arrested, which he described as a terrorist and with the aim of intimidating the voters of this force.
In Debate with Alba Alishani, Blushi revealed that one of the people who arrested Meta was promoted, while adding that there was a scenario to take PL hostage by insiders, who are now on Edi Rama's side.
"PL experienced state terrorism. This terrorism began with the criminal kidnapping of the president. We have identified him and today he is the director of the police in Durrës, Vilson Bala. He kidnapped President Meta and was rewarded for that unprecedented act. This kidnapping aimed to terrorize PL supporters, an act that was hoped would shake this force and it did.
"There were attempts to take this party hostage by people you saw on Edi Rama's lists for deputies. Meta continues in isolation without any facts.
