The registration of immigrants through the Electronic Registration Platform (PER) has started this Saturday, so that they can express their political will without having to come to Albania to vote for the May 11 parliamentary elections.

The immigrant registration process will last until March 4, and the Socialist Party seems intent on making the most of this window of time to help its supporters in the diaspora become part of the process.

According to the decisions that were taken yesterday at a meeting of the SP group, Prime Minister Edi Rama asked his people to register the immigrants, who must be potential voters of the majority.

For this reason, the leftists have landed in Italy and Greece this weekend, setting up offices that will provide "technical assistance" with dedicated people in the cities with more Albanian immigrants.

Rama has decided that the political leaders of Vlora, Gjirokastra, Fier ( Belinda Balluku, Bledi Çuçi, Mirela Kumbaro ), together with the deputies Lindita Nikolla, Evis Kushi and Silda Anagnosti, but also some deputy ministers will take care of the registration of immigrants in Athens .

It seems that the former Minister of the Interior, Bledi Çuçi, has taken this task very seriously, as today in Athens he inspected the first assistance office, which according to him was set up by the SP in northern Attica, from where the registration of voters started. seen abroad.

"Our people are available to guide the voters of Vlora district and anyone who needs help and to facilitate this historic process.
