The chairman of the LZHK, simultaneously the leader of the 'Right for Development' coalition, MP Dashamir Shehi, has responded remotely to Prime Minister Edi Rama, describing the Socialist Party's project for women as a political stunt.
Shehi made the comments through a video shared on social media, where he said that the 'Right for Development' coalition plans in its project 6 hours of work for women and girls, with the same pay as 8 hours.
"Mothers, daughters, women of Albania, don't get too carried away with this prime minister's love for Albanian women. Because this is to pass the time and have a little laugh. We 'Right for Development' plan 6 hours of work for women and girls and will support any political group that supports this idea. This means more freedom for women and girls. More time for your children and there is no economic loss," said Shehi during his speech.
Sheikh's post:
While Rama's offer for women is a farce, the 'Right for Development' coalition envisages 6 hours of work for girls and women. Working 6 hours will create time opportunities for young couples and will not reduce work productivity, since according to studies, only 4.7 hours of work per day are productive.
