The head of the LZHK, Dashamir Shehi, invited to the "Off the Record" studio with Andrea Dangli, on A2 CNN, stated that the campaign of the major parties in the diaspora will result in the animosity of Albanians towards each other.
"The great love for the immigrant vote started when the law was made. The immigrants were there, more than 30 years ago. There is a cynicism from behind. A state that did not care about them and now does this kind of propaganda... I am disgusted by this. If I am in Parliament, I will propose to ban propaganda in the diaspora. We are making them enemies with each other. There, people need each other, even if it is to have a coffee. I am afraid that after May 12, they will no longer be together in a coffee shop. I am one of those who was enthusiastic about the immigrant vote, but there are flaws," said Shehi.
"This kind of propaganda cannot be done for a handful of votes. The immigrants there are shouting for their country, the day we make them shout for the parties, we will not be doing them a service," added the head of the LZHK. (A2 Televizion)
