Prime Minister Edi Rama has reacted to the death of the former US Secretary of State, Henry Kissinger. In a post on Facebook, the head of the government says that his books will remain for humanity as the priceless wealth of rare experience and wisdom.
"Goodbye boss! Your books remain to humanity as the priceless wealth of a rare experience and wisdom, and will be available to anyone today and always, who wants to learn about international relations and geopolitics; balances between powers and political realism in maintaining peace and designing ways out of interstate conflicts; strategic thinking and the long-term perspective of foreign policy; the role of the inexact science of history and the importance of the talent of the individual when decisions have to be made in the face of tomorrow's fog", writes Rama.
"I will personally be grateful for the precious time you generously gave me, giving me one of the most beautiful conversations I remember. Rest in peace Dr. Kissinger", the head of the Albanian government concludes his message.
Henry Kissinger passed away today at the age of 100. He served as America's top diplomat and national security adviser during the Nixon and Ford administrations. (A2 Televizion)
