Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his conversation with followers on social media, spoke again about justice when this topic was touched upon by a commentator.
Rama said that the Socialist Party will not act as anyone's lawyer, but will speak out loudly to give opinions about the quality of justice in Albania, writes A2.
"We have problems with the quality of justice, but they are problems of growth. This takes time and let's get together to clean it up. This is done the way we are doing it, so there is no country in the world that has gained complete immunity to the temptations of X or Y to put their hands where they shouldn't, but the sword of punishment, the scales in the hands of justice and the impartiality of justice are guaranteed. So, the prime minister and the ruling party are not accountable for why one or the other put their hands where they shouldn't, but are responsible for how they react and coexist in such a situation," said Rama.
"We have made our choice, we are on the side of justice. We do not advocate for anyone. We have begun a process to give our opinions on the quality of justice so that the "sword" does not turn into an abusive punitive force," Rama added. (A2 Televizion)
