The Secretary General of the Freedom Party, revealed in "Off the Record" by Andrea Danglli on A2 CNN, that the Greater Albania coalition aims to win 84 mandates in the May 11 elections, calling the victory against the Socialist Party unquestionable.
"There is no other scenario than victory. On May 11, freedom will be restored for all Albanians. It will be a tsunami, not a wave. The coalition will win, of that you can be sure. The only debate is how many mandates? Our objective is 84, but victory is indisputable", said Blushi. "Tirana will be without a doubt the capital of victory, with at least 20 mandates for the PD - ASHM coalition".
The ambitious target means that the opposition coalition will receive 21 more MPs than in the previous elections. In 2021, the Democratic Party and allies received 59 seats, while the SMI received 4 seats.
The Socialist Party secured the sole majority, with 74 mandates, while the Social Democratic Party also received 3 mandates. (A2 Televizion)
