As the majority prepares to pass the law on the forgiveness of fines for all those who have built without permission in rural areas, with an accelerated procedure, the democrats submitted to the Assembly some amendments to expand the layers of beneficiaries, calling the approach of the socialists a bluff. In front of the parliamentary group, Berisha explained that the fines that the majority of the left wants to forgive by law, have been overturned by the decision of the constitutional court.

"We will ask for the forgiveness of all fines and late interest that exist for electricity, for all the needy classes and small businesses without exception. This fully complies with our commitment that in the first 100 days the legal framework of electricity prices will be determined in accordance with salaries and pensions".

The agenda for Thursday's session will also discuss the law on narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, where the Democrats declared their vote against.

"Unlawfully, they now bring the drug use law to parliament. De facto of drug use, so it is covered with psychotropic substances. We will oppose that law with the greatest force. To study and find the most serious laws of the pharmaceutical use of cannabiol".

A day ago, the democrats requested the establishment of the commission of inquiry for the port of Durrës, but Berisha ordered the deputies to also present a request for interpellation.

"It's hard to find a multi-billion dollar affair like this, where the land and water that are taken can cost over 2 billion, where the constructions are 12,600 apartments with 6 luxury hotels, swimming pools, etc., all the property of Dubai's criminal groups, with which, as the investigative journalist Artan Hoxha testified, Edi Rama had a special meeting during his visit to Dubai on the subject of their investments in Durrës".

The democratic leader also threw accusations at the head of the government, where he claimed that his brother, Olsi Rama, is under international investigation. (A2 Televizion)
