From the Socialists' celebration of victory in the elections, Prime Minister Edi Rama also addressed a message to the current MPs, who were defeated on May 11.
Consequently, they will not return to the Assembly in September, but the Prime Minister asked them to see this situation as a new opportunity to contribute to the Socialist Party in other ways, but also to use the time for professional growth.
" I want to tell those who will not return to Parliament in September that I understand their sadness about the individual competition. There is no individual competition that you can lose without getting upset, even when you play with the children with a ball you have a moment of sadness if you realize that you are no longer the first one and they are no longer the youngest and you beat them. I assure them that if they see the loss of their job as a new personal and professional opportunity in another job but in the service of the same common goals, as winners of the historic mandate of May 11, they will not only be useful, but they will enrich their political and professional careers and if they want to return to the Assembly, they can compete again in the future ," Rama said.
